My opinion is he probably should loose his job. Will I boycott Sitka no, but either way I'm not going to get that butt hurt. It really doesn't bother me.

I got an email from Sitka today in my response to their canned email, it just said if you would like to discuss give us a call. The fact Charle still has the video up on Facebook also tells me they are ok with having a guy on staff with Charlie’s view that is reaching 100k people on his soap box.

That's more than I got, I received that pathetic canned email and when I replied to Corey with a question all I got was nothing. I tried calling 3 times but no answer and now Sitka is closed until Wednesday.

My guess is they won't make a statement about Post and they hope that this will all be gone by the time they open on Wednesday.

I've been called much worse than that but once you're a big boy and realize that it's a word put forth by an individual who has nothing else to say, which is why they resort to name calling, it just doesn't matter.

I don't think Sitka is going to say anything, it's been a touch over 53 hours since the video was posted and still nothing from them. I believe they are hoping this will all blow over by the time they reopen on Wednesday. I'll be calling them again next week.

This guy is on sitkas payroll. Hunting dollars are paying this guys salary. Even if is a small salary, one cent is too much.
The situation makes people wonder if the core direction of sitka is changing. You get where people are coming from here? And why there is some concern?

Thats exactly what my point has been this whole time, why would you support a company who supports an anti? Because they build good gear? So do other companies that ARE pro 2A & hunting, I'd rather wear my old stuff that I scrounged from yard dales than support a company knowing that my money is going to an anti.

Not a single person has said Sitka is anti hunting or gun, historically. But why the heck would they even hire this guy? And standard company logic doesn’t work here, I doubt Aron Snyder would have hired the guy.

I just had a nice chat with Sitka, they called me. Basically this guy is a consultant now and then when they need someone with his background. He isn't an employee of Sitka's. I explained my concerns and that I would like to support Sitka but I can't do it if I know that Post might get one penny of my money. He understood and will pass along my concerns to the higher ups. Super cool guy to talk to.

He had no idea if Post would continue to consult for them. I hope he doesn't and expressed that hope to him.

Trial153, you also keep posting what Sitka does for all these conservation orgs yet you don’t mention that they don’t freely donate, they profit off of each one of them by selling goods to them at 50% off.
