Well, I got you beat. I'm going with the much much more powerful 6 creed. Who needs bullet splash when you can just flat out knock the target over.

Randy
I'll round out the trio with my 22cm!
Awesome!

Just for everyone's awareness, rocks will not be allowed as targets unless you are able to mark a 10" circle on them.
Hmmmm hiking over one time with a can of paint sounds a little more enticing than hiking a plate out and then hiking out to retrieve it 😂

@Justin Crossley for those who are not likely me, one qualifies at 600 and then CANNOT shoot any other shots before whatever 601+ additional two shots, correct?

I am certain that when @KickinNDishin and I go out to do this; hang cameras, shoot, camp for the night, shoot again, etc. When we finish that second shot we will likely switch body position to see what the MER is for sitting, kneeling, standing etc.

Just want to make sure I know if I'm feeling like shooting at 600 for the two, I need to keep in the back of my mind no more practice until after my two separate days beyond 600.
You are correct. There is no practice until all four days/shots are complete.

Getting in some wind practice today , this wasn’t my cold bore , just getting some practice in the wind. Going for the small white rock , 4moa wind hold still wasn’t enough. The wind might cause some disappointment in this challenge 😁

Cant wait to represent Central California and get the finger like I normally do while driving out of state with my Ca license plate's LOL. So two singles at 600yds then something deep.
PS Robbie is doing an amazing job on the podcast with Mule deer

@Justin Crossley how far was the coyote?

It's about 745 yards. The vitals on that target are about 6 inches across. We were mostly shooting it standing from a tripod.

The winds are really tricky there. I'll measure the wind at 4-5 mph at the shooting location and have to correct for 12-14 mph wind at the targets. A couple of deep draws run up the hill that makes things inconsistent, which is good since that is what we see hunting in the mountains too.

That’s not an easy shot!!! Looks fun!
