Hey guys, I've got a new Tikka T3 Lite SS in 300 WSM with a Vortex PST 6-24x50 FFP. I took it to the range and shot some factory blue box stuff and got incredible accuracy at 300 yards while breaking the barrel in. I'm still searching for brass, but that's another story.

The projectiles I'm looking at to handload are 180 grain Swift Scirocco, 180 grain nosler accubond, 185 berger classic hunter, and 208 grain hornady a-max. I'm curious if anyone has some decent loads for these using H4350 or RL-19.

Much appreciated. Thanks!

Wsm cartridges and rl-17 go together like pb&j ;)

But I hear 4350 does well too!

I've heard great things about Rl-17 too luke. Unfortunately, I don't have any. I've got a couple pounds of RL-19 and 8 pounds of h4350. Got any RL-17 you wanna part with?

i have that exact gun and tried rl19 with less than stellar results. I probably could have got it to shoot better than i did, but I had 17. I couldn't get the 185 vld's to shoot at mag length, but the hybrids are showing potential. I am using 178 amax and rl17 now because it is so stinking accurate. I'm working on a 185 berger hybrid load because I'm not happy with the amax on game. It's showing great potential with 17 as well. After bad performance on a couple deer and elk with the amax, it's time to go back to berger.

Have you tried the Accubonds or Swift Sciroccos lovdasnow? I used to load the sciroccos with retumbo out of my 300 RUM and got excellent results. Just curious if you have played with them.
