Why is Seek Outside giving gun control advocate Ryan Busse air time?

To me, it's interesting how interwoven SO is in some other things that I care about. For example, they donate gear every year to MTWSF for auctions. I'm sure they support other conservation groups, too, but thats also good marketing......I wonder what they care about most? And if they'll continue to support hunting groups as this blows up. I also wonder how many "sportsmen" don't take the time to care? That will likely be our undoing.

Not that we shouldn't be..but this podcast is 2 years old now.

Busse is a hot mess. Read his Gunfight book - there is a great deal of vitriol toward Kimber's founders, and also you AR-toting Americans. Any book that starts out "I was at the BLM rally" you know will be a doozy.

I don’t think the cancel culture has an expiration date on offensive comments. Quite a few were several years old before they surfaced.

Seek outside probably has a mixed customer base. Why would you alienate half of your customers by making your opinion on such a hot topic publicly known?

Probably because there beliefs out weigh the desire of income?
Just they way we vote with our dollar there voting with dollars lost.

And I can guarantee by disowning hunters they will double there profits from the granola crowd.

I'm sure plenty of animal lovers boycott seek because they hunt.
