Trying out the new Tooth of the Arrow broadheads. Crazy strong, sharp, and accurate! Excited to be packing them this fall.

Not impressed, blades chip and bend easily. For a one peice head I was suprised on lack of durability especially since it's just a 1" diameter head. Almost like they are either not heat treated or over treated.

Blood trail was all right on javi and hogs(neither head was resusable)

That's odd, a good friend of mine has shot them into cinder block with no damage at all

I had the G5 montec, they flew good and are tough, had some slick tricks, but switched last year to the Strickland helix. Haven't shot anything wi them yet, but hoping to this year. I got the 175 grain as that was the lightest one with the steel feral. (Spelling). Very tough head.

For you guys that are running the quad Exodus Broadhead are you having issues with the blades flexing and hitting the shaft?

Saw some "comments" that said it was an issue and it ended ruining their arrow.

Is that true or internet garbage?

I put the same head through 1/2' plywood 4 times. Still spins perfectly and shoots with fieldpoints point out to 50 yards(furthest I've shot it).

I would expect ALL BH's to be able to do that with ease. Plywood isn't much to a BH. I usually shoot mine through 3/4" plywood just for the heck of it.

I think the true answer to your question might not be the most accurate broadhead but rather the most accurate bow tune.

You get your bow tuned nicely, tight bullethole thru paper, or bareshaft and a good walk back. I haven't seen a broadhead not shoot pretty well.

Some of the heads that I've used with field tip and broadhead hitting the same spot out to 50 yards are;

Wasp Boss
German Kinetics
Solids Legends
Carbon Express XT

Just to name a few. Solid has a video done @ 70 yards hitting with field tips. I still say bow tune plays a huge part.

From left to right:

2016 Moose: broke a rib on the opposite side during a full pass through.
2016 Black Bear: full pass through, heart shot.
2016 Grizzly Bear: full pass through, exited front right shoulder.

All three shafts and broadheads are completely reusable.

This went through a bear, broke an offside rib and into a dirt bank he was standing in front of. Head and arrow still spun true.

Thanks, That sounds like solid results.
If your hunting with them they must fly well. ☺

This year i am trying out the Magnus black hornet/ QAD Exudos. Going to hunt with which one flies/I like the best.

Slick Tricks aren't quite as forgiving as many others at long range. There's only one that I would trust to shoot at 150 yards if a million dollars was on the line.

But ya, for 40 and under I'm not sure I could find many inaccurate BH's.

At close distances under 40 yards nearly every head should fly fairly well with a tuned bow but at longer ranges there will be differences in the testing.

Long range flight - Wac'em fixed blade heads have performed great for me.

So far off all the broad heads that I have shot the NAP thunderhead razor is the head that shoots the most consistent for me. From 60-110

List of heads tried.
Terminal T
Shuttle T
Slick trick standard
Razor trick
Solid
Quad Exodus
Think that's all
