Well a little good news for ya- UPS and the Teamsters reached an agreement this morning.I mailed freedom out on Wednesday, today is Tuesday and it is shipped or at least created shipping number.
No info in email.
Just saw thread ups might strike.
^ OP, read this. Then read it again. If you are putting every shot of 10 within 1" of your aiming point in 10-15min then you are shooting great. 30 within 1.5" in a half hour and there is nothing to gripe about.
The singular issue then becomes the inability for the scope to adjust. It's a very easy thing to test once you accept that 10+ shot groups are needed.
Op, before this turns into a complete horse show.
Yes
I'm still a lil-slider for now.

I think I'm about 5 away from 300 post and I would be overjoyed if #300 was a meme
But yes I am a getting excited
Right away I said if it doesn't hold zero I will get another.Op, before this turns into a complete horse show.
Understand that your deciding to not dial, because you know it doesn't dial accurately is the exact same thing that will allow your zero to move. It's slop in the erector system. So doesn't matter if you plan to dial of not.
Think if the money you are putting into your hunt is worth it.
Lots of bumps and falls are likely on your western hunt.
From another guy who always thought you had to frequently re-sight. Then found better scopes, or scopes that actually do what scopes should do instead of great glass. Great glass is for binoculars and spotting scopes, I'll certainly take it in a rifle acope, but not while sacrificing zero retention.
