I don't take my first sip of my two morning cups til about 2.5 hours after wakeup now. Helped me cut my post-lunch cup of coffee out.
Depends on the night and what’s going on but I’m normally in bed by 9. I try to be in bed by 8 but that doesn’t always work out. I wish I could keep this schedule on the weekends but the wife wants to hang out or go out and then the sleep quality and quantity goes down.Just curious, if you’re up at 3, what kind of sleep schedule are you doing? Is it a very early to bed thing, or very little sleep?
