How much caffeine per day for you?

Too much. Probably up to 300 mg per day on average
 
Probably 1/2-3/4 pot a day. No Energy Drinks. While hunting, maybe 1 cup but usually just have a Mtn Ops Enduro in my first Nalgene.
 
Maybe 24oz regularly per day. Occasional cup after lunch if I didn’t have a pop (ya that’s “soda” if you are confused).

Turkey hunting this year I only had one black rifle instant stick per day and felt fine, until after lunch. Then one pop seemed to be the trick, or maybe it was just the late nights and 4am wake-up’s 🤔
 
I have to have at least one cup of coffee in the morning or I get a caffeine headache.
 
Same, got the tip from the Huberman Lab podcast like I bet you did as well. I don't take my first sip of my two morning cups til about 2.5 hours after wakeup now. Helped me cut my post-lunch cup of coffee out.

Yeah — when my morning routine changed after switching jobs I noticed the difference immediately although I wasn't exactly sure what the cause was. I came across the podcast a bit later, which explained why delaying caffeine intake was having such a noticeable effect.

Anyway, it really works!
 
I really enjoy coffee, usually black, and at my max I have 2-3 cups per day. However, I don't like the idea of any sort of addiction or dependence, so about once a year I quit coffee and caffeine altogether for a month or two just to make sure I'm not depending on it.
 
20 years in the Navy. 3/4 of a pot in the morning. 1 cup after lunch and maybe a evening coffee after dinner.
 
Just curious, if you’re up at 3, what kind of sleep schedule are you doing? Is it a very early to bed thing, or very little sleep?
Depends on the night and what’s going on but I’m normally in bed by 9. I try to be in bed by 8 but that doesn’t always work out. I wish I could keep this schedule on the weekends but the wife wants to hang out or go out and then the sleep quality and quantity goes down.
 
As I sit here enjoying my morning coffee trip to the porcelain throne, I think about how we all partake in the most widespread, extremely addictive, socially acceptable drug known to man. Oh well… maybe today will be a 2 cup day instead of 3. 😂
 
What’s your cold plunge set up?
14.9 cu ft deep freeze, sealed at the joints...ink bird thermometer to keep temp regulated. easy to build/setup and 3x/week, sometimes 4x/week.........once you start and 'make' yourself do it for the first couple weeks, I dont believe you will stop.

I have done the cold showers before and I felt pretty good after but don’t have the spare money for a cold plunge atm. Would love to have one/build one.
 
Nowadays - just what's in my decaf coffee. Back in my military day - lots. Found better sleep patterns without it...... but many days I miss the boost.
 
A lot. Several cups of black coffee every day. I think its more of a habit than a dependency, but yeah, a lot.
 
16 oz of coffee in the morning and used to do an energy drink around lunch. Found that I feel like I have more energy now throughout the afternoon if I don't have any caffeine after the morning coffee. My body reacts weird to caffeine, some days it helps with energy and others it makes me crash.
