minimum 1 case (200rds) per large caliber. Normally avg atleast 2 cases (400rds) but automatic purchase at the 1 case threshold. Constantly purchasing for a few guns however due to just shooting those a lot.

Varmint/predator rounds 700-800 minimum. But .223s I'm pushing 5 digits.

Don't want to even get into shotshell. When you shoot up to a case a day spring snow goose hunting...quantities get stupid pretty fast. Along with having Upland and target loads in 4 different gauges.

hmmmmmmm - vote low so the ATF doesn't get scared, or vote high so whatever arbitrary limit gets stuffed down our throats to avert or end the government shutdown in a couple weeks is at a reasonable level?

toughest decision of the day.

used to just have 50 for a .308 win but as I get older I am loading enough for 250-300 in case I drop dead the kids can hunt for a while.
not there yet though as slowly growing brass for a M1917 with a generous chamber and forming brass for the 8mm/338 from 7 mag brass but winter work cuz the barrels cool faster.

I should have bought about 500 rounds of the federal Nosler partitions when I had a chance. Now I make sure I have several more boxes than I need for target shooting and hunting season for every caliber I hunt with.

I can't imagine how many rounds of ammunition are tucked away in hunters closets. You could probably supply a small army with the loose rounds that are left in jacket pockets.

Why would you ask such a question on a public forum? I can not see any practical reason for requesting this information during the current political situation or any situation for that matter unless you are my hunting partner or guide. This question is a no go!

They probably have figured it out by now LOL. But we all know that social media is intensely monitored. Why give them more tidbits then necessary?
