Every order I've had with them went smoothly and I will order from them again.

Several orders included items that were not the right size, so I called for an "exchange". Both times I was advised it's easier to simply return the item for full refund (I was not charged restocking) and I could order the correct size "at my convenience". Their standard free shipping is orders over $250, so a returned/refunded $200 coat will cost you shipping to them and unless you go over $250 you will have shipping on the reordered item back to you. They run a business, so I understand paying shipping BOTH ways on "exchanges", but some people seem to expect it nowadays.
 
The only issues I’ve had with EuroOptic is their UPS terms make impossible to switch delivery requirements or holds at a UPS store after a label is originated. This is as much UPS as them but calling them to order saves a lot of headaches getting a signature required delivery in the middle of the work week when no one is home.

The secret sauce for EuroOptic is to call them before you order, they will often quote you a lower number and make accommodations.
