I do not have pics. It was a local, I know who he is but that’s it. My brother had video of the deer a few days before he was killed. Black dually?

Yes pretty sure dually, black, with stickers on it. Either Texas plates or Texas flag sticker, can’t remember.

That’s cool, they were on him for sure. We would have tried to get in there but it was obvious those dudes were hunting him.

The dually guys didn’t shoot the deer, pretty sure they are road hunters that have a local drive them around. The guy that shot him lives in the area where you saw him

Christmas and some sick kids had me off here for awhile. Yes sir - spot and stalk ruined stand hunting for me long ago. I came home empty handed as well, but drew the bow a few times, just no shots. Great write up.

My boys spent 3 days in NW Kansas the first week of November chasing mule deer witha friend. I will be with them next fall. They drew back once, but had a great time and learned a lot. One shot his first archery deer at 6 yards hunting on the ground closer to home.
