I've been running a combination of 8190 (string) an 452X (cables) the last 4 seasons and have had TREMENDOUS results! This year I'm mixing things up and running ABB PLATINUMS with 452X across the board! They should be in this week sometime and I'll be putting a lot of arrows through them before the Western Hunt Expo in SLC!

I've used 452x for my last 3-4 sets bought.... But this year I went with the new X material. Smaller diameter string that supposedly frays/fuzzes even less than 452x and the colors are more vibrant. Got mine on order with ParknSons (ex-wolverine) and he was a pleasure to do business with.

Those would match my fletchings very well........and make finding my bow a heck of a lot easier too.

Ok so 2 days in and I put my bow in the hands of a coworker who shoots a creed and lives his wall! He couldn't believe the feel difference between the PLATINUMS and the stock (8190 VS 452X)
