Thanks… Still not happy about it, but I probably spent $682 on hotels, fast food, and other dumb shit I didn’t need from gas stations along the way last year. Waaaay, way cheaper than an outfitter.The actual increase amount for elk is $682. Certainly some will not be able to afford it, but one does not have to be rich to afford that increase. Plenty of DIY guys will ante up.
For me personally, one extra OT shift and that’s pretty much covered.
Definitely a barrier to entry for for new guys that need gear/bows/guns/etc on top of it.
