I guess I'm confused, did the regular nonresident pricing stay the same? Just the special draw went up?

NR special prices for 2024
Elk $1258 + regular price/app fee ($707)
Deer $826 + regular license/app fee ($389)
Antelope $874 + regular license/app fee ($341)

Yes the regular nonresident pricing is the same the special draw has the huge price hike. It will be interesting to see how this affects draw odds. I would guess regular draw is going to get much worse and special draw is going to get better for a year or two.
