Early this morning: 36min on the treadmill alternating between walking at 10% and running at 7.0/4%.
My cold is going to my chest now. I’m back home now and gonna take it easy tomorrow. Weather is going to be good for horn hunting this weekend and I’m wanting to get out a couple days.

Move for 40 minutes maintaining a heart rate of 130 to 150 beats per minute. 22-26 beats per 10 Seconds.

3x12 DB lateral shoulder raises
3x12-10 DB incline bench
2 x 8-5 DB flat bench
5 miles (700’) with Tiny Elvis this afternoon, chilly but with almost no wind and full sunshine- pretty darn nice. I also found a cool trail (albeit faint) that can be added to a couple of loops.
I got a 2 mile ruck in yesterday, and a 2 mile walk with the dogs this morning. Then spent the rest of today working in the flower beds and mowing here at the house. Grass is already growing here lol.
