MT workout again this morning. I'll be working late the next 3 days with playoff games, so my workouts will be limited to mornings only until at least Thursday.
In Orlando for next 4 days for a meeting. Workouts limited so doing body weight movements. Funny how those with no workout routine at home all of the sudden start working out and jamming a hotel gym when they are away from home.
Hit the gym Sunday night. I can't tell ya what exactly I did, but I hit all the machines in the arm and chest section. Think i'm gonna get with a trainer when I get back home. Learn technique, and get an idea of maybe where I need improvement.
Very slow 5 mile trail run yesterday.
5-600 modified leg pull ins throughout today, and a short bike ride tonight.
