Found a trail that was at least a little beat down; 5 miles (600') with Tiny Elvis

I'm new to the gym, and a lot of the workouts most of y'all mention I don't know.

I drive a truck, so I'm usually gone several weeks at a time. So, it's usually push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, and I keep a Kifaru frame with a 90lb sandbag for rucks, and runs.

Nonetheless, little trail run in this afternoon.Screenshot_20240210_175612_onX Hunt.jpg

Came down with a head cold yesterday and feel worse today. Went for about an hour and a half easy hike today looking for a deer horn just to get outside. Climbed 750ft. with 20lbs.

Our team did well at Divisionals, but State was tough. My youngest wrestled very hard and didn’t make critical mistakes. But with this sport, you just eventually run into a higher level of technical wrestling. Now, he and a couple of his buddies will start working towards next year… after gaining a few pounds!
