Had some physical issues which forced a lay off from aerobic capacity training since sept. The last few weeks I have worked up to doing the upright bike @ the gym for 30 minutes a workout @ max resistance 5x a week. 5-5.5 miles with average heart rate of 100-105. 66 years old. Plus stretching and strength. Need to work up to 14 mph and 60-90 minutes on the bike and double my stretching time. Plus I walk a mile a day with my doggie...lower body still has issues but it is getting better.
