Did a walk thru in one of our river canyons today and got shuttled back to the truck.
11mi and a little over 3000vert in 9.5hrs of hiking. The dog found a year old shed we let her eat for lunch. I found a younger, fresh 4pt mulie and I found the smallest horn of the year so far. Saw quite a few sheep and mule deer.
Long day… I’m supposed to do some squats really early tomorrow morning too.

Headed up to the Adirondacks this weekend. Saturday started at 36 degrees and a steady rain until noon, but the clouds lifted just in time for me to reach the summit of Mt. Marshall. I headed over to the base of Cliff and Redfield, set up camp and climbed Cliff. 14 miles and 4,200 feet of gain for the day.

Yesterday I climbed Mt. Redfield, headed out to the truck, and drove home. 11 miles and 1,600' of gain for the day.

I was breaking trail through about 5 inches of heavy, wet snow for about 14 miles on this trip. With that, I say enough with the snowshoes, bring on the spring gobblers!

2 miles today.

Gym day , 35 minutes on the stepper , 1215 steps .
Worked on abs , hanging leg lifts , then some arm curls , lat pulls , seated rows .
Started to get shaky and left after 75 minutes .
Gotta figure out a better breakfast routine .

As a bonus work out , the grandkids are here for spring break and I got a hour each night playing mermaid chase in the pool .
I about broke my neck diving last night , I did a torpedo and it was too shallow , I'm too old for this shit , LOL

cliff's have good energy ability....cliff energy bar.

some sugars and carbs but if your burning it right away as fuel it should not be an issue. Ener-c is a very good drink powder also as is zip-fizz both may be good pre workout and then there is coffee...
