I've just been screwing off at the cabin the last couple of days. Although I did think of a good workout to market; I'll dub it the "warden"

load a pack with 25 lbs, load a pulk with 75 lbs, put on snowshoes, put on pack, hook sled to waist belt, climb 2600' in 5 miles with this load :D

Friday- Sunday ended up with 14 miles and 3900' of gain and bagged Elkhorn Peak.

^^. Thanks. Feeling good. Never pack trained . Needed a little recovery wk last wk. Not sure I’m going to take the final intensity wks to to the max @ 55%
