5 x 20 pushups w 2m rest, alternating military and 18” decline
1 handstand pushup, which was not too hard but led me to ask myself the question I usually ask my son: “is this safe for you to do in the house?”

Day off so we packed a lunch and hit the trails this morning, 9 miles and 1900' of gain with my wife, youngest daughter and Tiny Elvis

I had the same workout today. I usually take Thursdays off, but I like C&J and your post got me thinking about what I could do.

1x2 rep max- 190#
Grace @ 135lbs- 4:45.

My last RX time was 6:30 and I had another score of 3:30 @ 95lb. Good Improvements.
