That’s strange. What do the customer service goons say when you just call to ask? Same thing ?Great question. The problems initially started when I was approved after less than 50 days. I paid them off very quickly after that, and SC’s response when I called a few days later was “that’s really fast. We aren’t used to that. We don’t know what to do.” This led to “a mix up between accounting and customer service” that lasted weeks and precluded my ability to file the final 4473. Once that was worked out, they went completely silent. No emails, won’t respond to calls. When, after weeks and approximately 20 messages left with supervisors, they only response I get is “we are working on it.”
