Just sent Mike Lee a lengthy email expressing how strongly I, my family, and friends disagree with the bill and how it would have negative ripple effects to anyone that recreates outdoors in the mountains states.

After Lee's ridiculous comments following the Minnesota politician shootings I'm hoping the Minn senators will be a hard NO.a bunch.

That's encouraging. Im hoping to get a reply from my senator as well.Got a reply from my CO senator saying he strongly opposes it and will vote against it!!
That should be the minimum of 4 (Daines, Sheehey, Risch, Crapo) republicans needed to kill the proposal in the senate by voting no. But hopefully more signal a no vote with all the pressure they’re receivingHave just seen Crapo (Idaho) is also a No.
Not a well thought out response. Civility DOES exist here and discourse is a healthy exchange of ideas without combative language. Nothing personal, but calling out your approach to discussion is wholly appropriate. We need a complete solution to the problem from you or I don't wanna hear your opinion![]()
Not sure about you but Id probably not vote for something written by a man who made jokes about my coworker and friend being murdered as well.I don’t think there was much doubt how they’d vote

Civility goes both ways. Kurt has made a point of belittling my opinion, calling him on his BS should be acceptable imo. Him preaching about nuance and shades of grey is humorous although sarcasm may not have been the best approach. Not a well thought out response. Civility DOES exist here and discourse is a healthy exchange of ideas without combative language. Nothing personal, but calling out your approach to discussion is wholly appropriate.
How much public land is in Minnesota?
If they follow through and oppose it, we all need to send them thank you messages
