My (originally) unsuccessful elk combo now says both unsuccessful and successful released. Fingers crossed that means I grabbed one of the returned tags!

Your post didn't mention B tags that I saw but yes you can draw both a LE either sex tag and a cow tag and kill 2 elk

Wonder if they use any metrics like if you've been successful or not in the past? Will have to find some OTC tags somewhere. I worked hard for wifes permission this year so can't let that go to waste! Good luck to the successful draw folks!
