You guys are forgetting that even if you got an unsuccessful now through the back door you might get a combo license later, since there are a good amount of people (myself included) that will be returning their combo license if their permit draw is unsuccessful. Keep the hope BICs

I cant get that to work, keeps saying there are input errors

you have to to click the "enter hunter search criteria", add your info, then select the correct animal at the bottom before submitting. it will generate a PDF that shows your results.

Also make sure to change output to PDF, I was getting an error when it was set to excel format as well on a mobile device.
