How much caffeine per day for you?

2+ cups, but I drink them black from cold brew. Not sure if it still measures out the same level of caffeine.

320mg in my pre workout at 4:30am keeps me going all day.
I switched from a habit of having my first coffee right after waking up to delaying caffeine intake by one-and-a-half to two hours; man, what a difference!

The idea is that it gives the body time to clear out as much adenosine (the thing that makes you feel tired) as possible at the start of the day, which means that you're not fighting as much fatigue while you're awake. For me, it's eliminated the post-lunch crash I used to get, which is incredible. Could be worth a try.

I wake up at 3am. At the gym by 4:30am. Don’t always take it right at 4:30 but pretty close to that. I feel like getting the AM workout in is also what helps me throughout my day. I will say the days I don’t workout and don’t have any caffeine I get some mean headaches but I do a detox every couple of months to try and combat the need for caffeine

Just curious, if you’re up at 3, what kind of sleep schedule are you doing? Is it a very early to bed thing, or very little sleep?

Same, got the tip from the Huberman Lab podcast like I bet you did as well. I don't take my first sip of my two morning cups til about 2.5 hours after wakeup now. Helped me cut my post-lunch cup of coffee out.

I usually have 32 ounces of coffee a day. One 16 ounce in the morning and one 16 ounce around lunch time.

300-400mg/day most days. 150mg before the gym in the AM then another 150mg or so around lunch.
