First off just want to start by saying I LOVE Mountain Ops bugle berry. I’ve drank it every day for the past several years in place of my morning coffee. As I’ve gotten more health conscious though, it’s made me wonder if it could cause health problems down the road. I know “energy drinks” are seen as generally bad by the medical field. With 200 mg of caffeine, that is quite a lot and on par with many popular energy drinks out there. I’ve tried to do some research to see if there has been much research on the ingredients used in it, but I haven’t been able to find much. Has anyone ever gotten a medical opinion on how safe it is to drink every day or know of any research that has been done on it?

Cant speak to the health benefits but I stack Tigers blood Yeti with Creatine almost daily for preworkout. Love the Tigers Blood.

Depends on the level of scrutiny you are applying.

200mg is fine, the amount of artificial coloring and sweeteners is certainly not good for you but probably isn't toxic.

You could try a caffeine pill, electrolyte pill and creatine powder. This will be cheaper, healthier and likely just as effective.

I wouldn’t worry about the caffeine.

I loved it but stopped using it because I’m concerned about sucralose.
