Well congrats on being right on it.You know what I've been hearing for the last 6 years? 90-10 will never pass...
Your opportunity to obtain a tag has not been removed or your points taken from you.Yeah your the seller advertising a good and opportunity to drum up a willing buyer, once you sell it you can’t change it. Kind of like selling a new Range Rover yet giving the buyer a Pinto. Wonder how many other states have collected as much in prf pt fees and then in essence removed their opportunity unless they have 24 years in the game, be different if the state didn’t charge for this stand alone.
This could end up being what end prf pts across the west.
You easily could be right but that doesn’t mean it won’t cost the state anything to defend it.
Absolutely. When i saw this thread yesterday, my first thought was how long it would take for him to jump in and tell everyone how the article was wrong and everyone involved was an idiot.
So if WY sells me my 1st pt this year your saying I have an opportunity in a normal persons lifespan to draw, even if I’m 60?Your opportunity to obtain a tag has not been removed or your points taken from you.
"A preference point system will ultimately guarantee an applicant a license." Not many lottery retailers making claims like that. What you're proposing would be in line with suing a state lottery because they didn't sell you the winning ticket.
Good luck with that.
It’s that darn have to have the last word syndrome.Could you imagine any legitimate organization wanting this clown in any leadership or public-facing position? It's bad enough to go on and on in public about things he obviously doesn't understand, but to also be so stupid as to not know when to just shut up and take the win?
"A preference point system will ultimately guarantee an applicant a license."I'm the case of a willing buyer purchasing a point they received... absolutely no liability. They got exactly what they paid for and there was no promise or implied assumption that allocations would stay the same. No assumption tag numbers would stay static. No promise the point system wouldn't be done away with (which happened in Montana in the 1970's).
File the lawsuit see what happens...best way to find out.
Right...if you disregard 3rd grade math and live to be 120 years old."A preference point system will ultimately guarantee an applicant a license." Not many lottery retailers making claims like that.
From Mayo Clinic:Could you imagine any legitimate organization wanting this clown in any leadership or public-facing position? It's bad enough to go on and on in public about things he obviously doesn't understand, but to also be so stupid as to not know when to just shut up and take the win?
That straight from the Wyoming Game and Fish. That statement is now 100% false. Wyoming did deceive it's buyers but the legal question will ultimately end up being was it intentional.Right...if you disregard 3rd grade math and live to be 120 years old.
I can't. Ive never even met him and my initial thought was that he is uninformed and claims to know everything there is about hunting. And amazingly, he isnt a Non-Resident of any state he hunts. Only us fools are non-residents and uneducated.Could you imagine any legitimate organization wanting this clown in any leadership or public-facing position? Just a matter of erasing it off the website, and its like it never existed. Just like killerys emails. That straight from the Wyoming Game and Fish. That statement is now 100% false. Wyoming did deceive it's buyers but the legal question will ultimately end up being was it intentional.
Non resident of 49 states all of which I'm fully supportive of their residents to allocate their hunting as they see fit. Including keeping 100 percent of their hunting for residents only, as north Dakota does with moose.I can't. Guess he’ll maybe stop making videos on the WY NR ops since there won’t be much to hand out anymore.I just hope randy newberg can still find a guide for public land hunts in wyoming.
