I honestly don’t care about the change in the draw allocation / odds but I do think any NR that were applying in the draw for the big 5 should have the opportunity for a full refund of their preference points due to this change.

An idea… in exchange for a refund they can no longer apply going forward. Sounds fair to me.

And when 90/10 is applied for deer and elk I do hope Wyoming residents pony up for increased tag costs. They are going to need too. That is my opinion.

The residents will pay more and we need to double the fees for nr doe/fawn pronghorn and deer as well as convert high demand nr type 6/7 cow calf tags to full priced type 4/5.

Lol. Ok. This is so funny. I just want to make sure i have this correct. You guys are good with undisclosed publicly funded contracts to shoot wild game, but only when its your nonresident buddies. Got it.

And i like how you are dishonest about the cous thing. Please explain.

Just a matter of erasing it off the website, and its like it never existed. Just like killerys emails.
There are many who have saved the advertisements, quotes, and other information. I will be very surprised if there aren't legal actions of some sort.

Unbelievable the level of absurdity on display.

Good luck with the lawsuit, you'll need it.

Sooooo, any update on the JLHOIS buck?……..
I was thinking the same thing!

It'll be interesting how Wyoming moves the money around on this one to make it work. In the end someone has to fund G&F. I've always enjoyed Wyoming so maybe I'll move there.

Will any of this really matter once we're all required to drive electric, which can be turned off if you make a mean tweet and can only travel to whole foods and the liquor store when we're not working?

Everyone fighting over diminishing resources - Sounds like governments all over the world. Won't end well for any of us.

like all the AZ lawsuits when they went to 5%/5%
Exactly or when Montana shit canned their entire point system, or when Colorado made it against the law for nrs to apply for rfw tags, or when Nevada stopped issuing a rocky tag to nrs, or when Montana passed "up to 10 percent" cap, or when Montana drops areas every year nrs can apply for sheep after the Dead line....and on and on and on.

Some don't savvy wildlife law and states rights.

As _ as he is, buzz is absolutely going to be correct here. There is no way the financal benefit of a law suit is going to justify some lawyer taking it on. Even if the lawyer thinks there is a case. No doubt. Not even a difficult one to reason out.

Finally, something we agree on. Agree or not, it is absurd for you to not acknowledge that Wyoming deceived it PP buyers with that statements made while marketing PP. It is also absurd for a person like yourself who represents a non-profit to conduct yourself in the way that you do in these discussions.

There is a very stark difference between all those you mention and Wyoming. A simple look at how the marketing was conducted will show the differences. Wyoming made some mistakes early that may cost them. You know this but I believe you are doing your best to discourage anyone who may try.

Nobody was decieved... wyoming publishes the draw odds, tag numbers, and even point totals per applicant pool.

It's not their job to do the rest of the math.

Nobody has lost a point or had their points taken. These are the facts, and the only that matter.
