Arkansas has been going through the mountain lion thing for a few years. many sightings but since there is officially no mountain lions in the state no management is necessary.
recently one was photographed under circumstances that could not be denied. the verdict was he was just passing through.
as least 4 fish and game folks told me they would continue to declare them a non breeding population. so as to avoid the paperwork
