10 minute alternating EMOM
-5 bench press, build to a heavy set
-7 strict pull-ups

Partner workout, 3 minutes for max reps at each station:
1 partner works while other rests, 30 seconds at a time:
Station 1: Pushups and/or ring dips
Station 2: Assault bike cals
Station 3: Burpee box-jump overs 24"
Station 4: Sandbag cleans over shoulder.

Very nice area. Crazy how nobody is in there in September anymore. I was fortunate enough in September of 07 to spend 3 weeks throughout that area. We buzzed The Wall in a helo early one morning… nothing but fun.

Stretched, rolled out and just did some warm up and mobility.
My oldest and I are launching down to Idaho this evening, sleeping a few hours, and then will be hiking early tomorrow. We’re looking for a mulie that’s a shooter. It’s a great area and I’ve never gone this early. College kid… so a very time compressed weekend trip.
