Started the morning with day 2 week 4 of mtntough kb20. I know I have to work late today, just won't know how late until I get off lol. If I have time I'll get a quick run in this evening. If not, things should be back to normal tomorrow. I like to try to get 2 workouts a day in right now, because when October rolls around I'm in the woods!!

curls 5x10 curls 75/65/65/55/55
10 mins no weight step-ups for cool down

If you MT guys could share some cooler weather it would be appreciated. Back to high 80's below the Mason/Dixon.

So get this… snow 6500ft and above in W MT.

I’m heading to S ID again Sunday. Heavier snow predicted down there. It’s fall, and we have mule deer to find.
