5 miles (800') with Tiny Elvis; will be heading out tomorrow w/ a buddy for a rather ambitious off trail route in the Bob Marshall- hope to be back Thursday or Friday.

10 minute push circuit, bench, military, tris
2 mile cooldown walk
all outside in 90 degrees...damn I'm ready for some cool weather
