Since nothings is in season to hunt i figured i could go to the gym an extra day.

Warmup, then 3 rounds of below circuit w/ a heavy KB
clean to push press to offset rack squat x3
Goblet squat to reverse lunge x3 /side
Double hand swing x10
Deadlift x10
Goblet walk x50ft

20 swings with a 45# plate in each hand

Every 75 seconds for 7 rounds:
1 high hang squat clean
+ 1 hang squat clean
+ 1 full squat clean
Build to a heavy set from 50%


“Death by clean & jerk + burpee”
155 lbs
Minute 1: 1 clean & jerk+ 1 burpee
Minute 2: 2 clean & jerk+ 2 burpees
Minute 3: 3 clean & jerk+ 3 burpees
Keep adding 1 rep each minute until you can’t complete the work

Missed my last day...Saturday 4 mile ruck 50lb pack at a brisk 15:30/mile pace. My short legs have a hard time keeping that pace.
