Since nothings is in season to hunt i figured i could go to the gym an extra day.
Warmup, then 3 rounds of below circuit w/ a heavy KB
clean to push press to offset rack squat x3
Goblet squat to reverse lunge x3 /side
Double hand swing x10
Deadlift x10
Goblet walk x50ft
20 swings with a 45# plate in each hand
