36in box jump
40lbs scissor lunges
25lbs front jump squats

Squats- 3 rep sets from 225 up to 385

Squats- 275/285/295, 20/15/15

4 Super sets of 10 reps
Hack Squat-135/185/205/215
Good Morning-45/75/75/75
Dumbell calf raise

Three rounds below circuit
Ab rollout x5

Single KB clean x5/side
On last clean, hold offset rack carry for 100ft, then farmers walk back, each side
KB swings x10
KB deadlift x10

100ft KB goblet walk
20 swings w/45# plate in each hand
