Wod

Been out for almost 2 weeks . Any advice on getting back on schedule and injury prevention? Took a break because even light weights and fairly easy words felt really difficult

Thanks
Last week I also felt weaker than usual, the 80# dumb bells felt way heavier than usual. Talked to a buddy @ the gym who was doing back squats and he said he felt weaker than normal, that was Friday. I feel stronger now......Maybe a touch of the vid?

Anyway, hope you feel better!

I gave it a shot yesterday with a wod that was relatively easy. Bike sprints for cals, some push presses and bar over burpees. Felt good for a couple of rounds but it fell apart quickly . I think Im going to go light for a week and maybe pay special attention to my diet as well. My coach also said I should take it easy for at least the same amount of time I was out too.
Going hunting in a week so im sure that will beat the hell out of me anyway lol

loooong day on the mountain yesterday-12 miles, started in headlamps and finished in headlamps; chased some elk from here to kingdom come- they seem to do better with a foot plus of snow and blowdown!
