I ran yesterday evening, has been about week since I last ran- funny how light on my feet I felt after four days of humping a 25 pack, wearing boots and toting a rifle :) Going to try and get some hill repeats in this evening. Getting dark fast enough half my run is with my headlamp

^ that looks like a toughy!!!! are you doing 25 pullups unbroken? if so, hats off to you Sir :)

hill repeats last night- I should have had my microspikes- the mountain got about a 2" coating of snow that made it a little tricky on the rock, got one round in before having to turn on my headlamp, the last two in the dark- normally it takes me about 1/2 hour to do a round (18 up, 12 down)-, 1.5 hours total, last night I was about 20 minutes off the mark due to the slick conditions

going to try and get 5-ish in this evening
