Dang, I feel your pain. Good luck with the hammy….I strained my right groin hitting golf balls of all things this morning. I was working on rotating into to my left side and my right groin just popped. I must have been tight from the squats and deadlifts yesterday. I’m done lifting legs for at least a couple weeks. Hoping for a speedy recovery.Well... #$@!%. Halfway though my second set of deadlifts and my left hamstring just locked up. Soooo my plan B is to skip deadlifts for awhile and then eventually work back with light weights/higher reps. It's too bad as my deadlifts were definitely seeing the biggest/best jumps of the four lifts.
