I just wanted to throw out a thanks to all the savages in this thread putting in the work, it was a huge motivation the last few months to get in the extra workouts for this hunt. I couldn't believe how good I felt going in and coming out heavy. Keep up the good work!

Got out this afternoon. Smoked rolled in last night and made glassing a bit tough. We saw 5 rams total, nothing over 3/4 curl. Saw a couple of nice mule deer, dozen or so goats and a wolverine at about 20’ yesterday :D

Just under 30 miles and ~ 8000’ gain over some really (really) rugged country.

@InkedElkSlayer we were in the Cabinets.

My buddy’s father-in-law is going to heal up a bit and then get after it again next weekend when rifle opens.
