14000 steps at work, then loaded 20 x 80# bags of concrete at the yard, hauled them 50' down a 45 degree slope to my greenhouse, hauled 10 x 6 gallon buckets of water 100 feet from the rain barrel and down the slope, then hand mixed and poured 2 footers. The 80# sacks of concrete are pretty good approximations for picking up elk quarters...
