Nice work @sargent ! That's a buttload of miles AND elevation!

4 miles (600') early with my wife and Tiny Elvis; celebrated my wife's birthday last night at our favorite "fancy" restaurant- shrimp cocktail, butter wedge salads, bacon wrapped fillet mignons over fancy potato cakes w/ asparagus and mushrooms all covered with a peppercorn suace- creme brûlée for dessert- now that was a meal!
 
4 warm up sets. No rest
Squats/Calf Raise-45/95/135/185 x 10
Barbell snatch- 45/65/85/95 x 10

Squats- 3 rep sets from 225 up to 405

Lowered catches and dropped below parallel Squats- 225 plus Loggers Chains x 51 reps for time

2 sets, no rest
Racked Barbell Walk- 225 x 80yds
Barbell Snatch- 95 x 10
Farmer’s Carry- 75s for 80yds
Fisio Sit Up- x 25
 
Set camp up around 3.5 miles in at 9500 ft finished at about 12 miles ish for the 3 days nothing got a backpack ride
