I only did 2 rounds with weighted pull ups. No grip, was going to fall off the bar, body weight was bad enough. Mentally I think it is the toughest WOD I've done.
Been a while since I've been able to post here, but first half of the guide season is out of the way. After a few light workouts to see where I was at, decided Murph was a good workout to start with to ease into doing heavy weights later in the week. I didn't puke, but some of the dry heaves at the end were rather impressive.
