12 miles in the Elkhorns this morning w/ ~ 3000' of gain; have a 50k race there next weekend- ready or not

10 pull ups with 35# weight
20 1 arm snatches 55#

I only did 2 rounds with weighted pull ups. No grip, was going to fall off the bar, body weight was bad enough. Mentally I think it is the toughest WOD I've done.
 
10 sets of 10 weighted pullups (along w/ the others) would definitely be tough

5 miles on the trails for Tiny E and I- hot, but low humidity and a bit of shade here and there, tolerable

Been a while since I've been able to post here, but first half of the guide season is out of the way. After a few light workouts to see where I was at, decided Murph was a good workout to start with to ease into doing heavy weights later in the week. I didn't puke, but some of the dry heaves at the end were rather impressive.
