A well priced drift boat would sell very well, I have no idea on manufacturing costs, but price for drift boats is obsurd.

I think there is an old thread like this that may give you some ideas. I still want the “perfect” poncho/shelter.

Same thing for duck boats / sneak boxes.

Also in rain I always get water up my sleeves even if the rain gear is new and still waterproof. Drysuit style gaskets on the wrists would be cool but that would affect breathability and make then slow to get on.

Rain gear that stays waterproof would be awesome. A totally non breathable jacket with generous ventilation is one idea.

Timmermade has a pretty niche item that might fit your ask: https://timmermade.com/product/mega-zip-pullover/. Never tried it or even read a review about it, but it is always in the back of my mind.
