Clark, unfortunately Integral designs/RAB stopped making them. I wish they hadn't, I've owned most of the high quality ultralight bomber tents made, ID, Bibler, Hilaberg...and imho these are simply the best.

Guys buy them and hang on to them. i picked up the OD green one, and then found the red one, new and very reasonably priced. Passed the green one on to my son. He's also a hard core mountain hunter.
Try the backpacker or climber forums...*RAB Summit Mountain Bivi*......

The 2 and 4 legged critters that get curious worry me so I too prefer a more neutral color. My tent and pack are pretty much the same color, foliage. Very stealthy color.

I consider myself an ultralight purist, but I can't imagine that we are talking more than a few grams for actual color.

Now flame retardant? It is worth noting and it can be heavy; and it is NOT on my tents. It is why RAB had to market the Summit Mountain Bivi (with eVEnt) as such: 'bivys" rather than tents due to no recommended cooking or heating inside...
Two man, three pounds+ and completely bombproof.

From what I've read, you are looking about .3oz per square yard for adding color to silnylon. I'm not sure what the weight would be for other materials. While that is not a ton, you are looking at 1-2oz added depending on the size of the shelter. That would not prevent me from buying something, but if I had the option between 2 identical tarps and one was 1oz lighter I'd rather save the ounce than worry about color.

I trust myself finding my tarp/tent more then I trust a lot of two legged critters....its not a deal breaker but if all things are equal I prefer muted colors.

I prefer muted as well. I just do not care for visitors no matter how many legs they have. It is always "awkward" until you can confirm the interloper's intentions.

I had a grey ID Sil Shelter for about a dozen years and found it to be the most depressing color of all. The most pleasing color of all my shelters was a tan Tigoat Vertex 5. I had a dark brown MLD Duomid that was best for blocking out light altogether, while my light olive green cuben shelters let in too much light, even moonlight. However the cuben is quite stealthy and probably best suited for moonshiners and poachers.
