I'm a new Rokslide member and I don't have enough posts to post a private message. Im hunting for Stone sheep with Yukon Big Game Outfitters this August. I was wondering if you could share your experience with me about your hunt? I'd really appreciate any advice or information that might help prepare me for my hunt. Thanks!

I would like to go on a Stone Hunt, but will probably not be until 2022, so in the meantime I am dreaming, saving, and taking notes/looking for feedback

I wish I had a good story to share on here but I had a pretty rough hunt. I hunted really hard for 12 days and never saw a legal ram. I believe I saw 5 sub legal rams and about a dozen ewes and lambs. I will say that my guide tried really hard, we just couldn't turn up any mature rams.

Sounds exactly like my hunt with YBGO, only I only saw 1 sheep in 17 days....I have since done “better research” and have killed 6 rams in 6 hunts.
