I understand that they let you ship out a firearm against their policy, that doesn’t mean that individuals can ship guns through them though because they can’t. S&W was shipping the gun through them to themselves for repair, entirely different. But thanks for sharing your experience that has nothing to do this situation and doesn’t mean individuals can ship guns.

UPS and FedEx will not ship a firearm from a citizen to an FFL. That leaves the post office.

Unless the citizen has a shipping label from the FFL. At least for UPS

Nope. I’ve got hope that it’ll be scanned tomorrow (the latest time frame the PO told me under normal circumstances)

But I also have a case opened and USPS is working on it internally. They noted that it’s marked as hazmat and said that would not effect the package being scanned, only delay shipping time from 3 days to 14.
