Just wanted to make note of some exceptional customer service.
Last week I ordered 10 broadheads from SEVRs website. They were shipped and on Saturday I got a notification that they were delivered. As luck would have it the post office lost it and they told me they must have delivered the package to another P.O. Box by accident. She said there’s always a chance that the recipient will bring it back but don’t count on it. She advised me to call the sender and notify them of the lost package, so I did.
I explained what happed to the guy that picked up the phone at Sevr and without hesitation he said “don’t worry about it we will take care of you, we will get you another order and you will have shipping info by the time we’re off the phone. No charge.” I must say I was blown away by the outstanding service and I thought I would put this out there for others to see. I told him I would get in touch if the other order shows up and he replied “ save yourself the hassle and keep them or give them to someone that will use them.”
Props to a company that takes care of their customers with no questions asked.
