So I have a LNIB SIG CROSS .308…it’s a really nice gun. Good shooter. Folding stock. Etc.
But I have several .308’s and I’m not really a chassis guy. I prefer more traditional gun stocks as I’m a hunter who shoots, not vice versa.,,plus I’m just more comfortable behind a stock. So I’m thinking about selling/trading the CROSS to get a TIKKA setup. I already have a T3x ROUGHTEK EMBER .308 (chopped to 18” and threaded) and a T3x LITE .223 (also chopped to 18” and threaded
I have a CTR stock, magazine and .260 Rem barrel (factory takeoff)…just need a donor CTR action.
So I would use the CROSS funds to complete the .260 CTR and maybe upgrade the ,223 to a Rokstok?
Or keep the factory stock and buy a MAVEN?
I’m going round and round about which TIKKA gets the newly arrived SWFA gen 2 3-15…the .308 or the .223?
And I can’t believe I missed the 6x’s today.,,
So many decisions lol. I’ve had a ball painting and customizing the factory stocks…
