What’s up yall? FNG here. I’ve lurked on here forever but figured I’d join and contribute useless info from time to time.

Anyway, I am debating swapping my og adjustable cross stock for one of the Trax stocks. Curious if the Trax stock was good/bad? I don’t use any of the adjustments with my current stock and I like the Trax stock style for more of a minimalist feel. TYIA

See new guy haha. I’m guessing there’s no way to delete it and put it in the correct sub form is there?

I reported it and a mod has moved it to the firearms section.

I have a Cross (the original model) but have never messed with any alternate stock options. Hopefully someone will be along shortly with some info for you.

For me the whole reason I got the cross was for the stock. It's my daughter's rifle. She can have it shorted all the way up or close to it, I can lengthen it for myself. Her little brother can shoot it sucked in. Basically it fits the whole family.
The 8 year old was slapping rocks at 750 with it the other day.
I just wish they'd offer more calibers. Or sell the gun without a barrel.
I've got the 6.5 creed but I'll probably get a six creed barrel because the hot 6.5 creed loads kick a lot. Especially if the shooter only weighs 90lb.

I do like the ability to adjust it if needed but I haven’t found a situation where I needed it yet. My son isn’t old enough to shoot yet but I figure I’ll let him use the same Rossi single shot 243 that I used for his first deer. Just need to get it threaded for a suppressor first. Honestly I think the can is the biggest thing for a youth. Reduced recoil and sound is a game changer when teaching kids to shoot.

I have the 6.5 cm as well it’s a great round for what I need but there’s enough barrels out there now you can swap to a large variety of calibers. It’s just expensive to do so on an already not cheap gun.

I'd really like an 18in or 20in 6cm or 6gt barrel for my cross. Perfect lil hunting gun.
